Being able to linger over a second cup of coffee while others go to work is definitely a perk of retirement. District 20 hosts monthly breakfasts and other socials across the counties, where colleagues old and new meet in an unstructured social time.

Merrickville/Kemptville 1st Friday, 10 a.m. at The Goose and Gridiron, St. Lawrence St.. Merrickville. Westport 9 a.m. on the 2nd Wednesday at the Station House Restaurant on Cty Rd. 12, Westport.
